Dear FARM Friend,

I was going to write year in review but can't because, frankly, our year is still in full swing. We are planning now for an even better 2008. One item I must mention is the amazing generosity of spirit, of heart, and of financial assistance to the FARM this year. We will close 2007 with our hearts and memories full because of all of you. And, as we open the mail, we are reminded of your financial generosity. We'd like think this means we're doing our jobs - meeting your expectations (and fulfilling some dreams along the way) hence cash, not coal is your gift to us this year.

FARM Fundraising Sprouts to New Heights

Almost 50% of our annual fund goal of $100,000.00 has come to the FARM via farm parents, members of the community, and even children! I ask that you please include us in your giving this season. Below is a sample of the many ways you can help the farm. A gift at any level will provide much needed support for the land, animals, staff and the community we serve. We are grateful for your donation, be it a portion of an item on our wish list below or the full amount.

Your donation supports the following:

  • $120.00 supports a child for a fall, winter or spring program
  • $365.00 supports a child for a week of a summer camp program
  • $5,000 provides 12 Months of Art & Education Supplies
  • $20,000 provides Housing for Five Summer Teachers
  • $6,000 builds the Corn Maze
  • $10,000 buys 12 Months of Farm Equipment Maintenance
  • $6,000 provides 12 Months of Marketing
  • $5,000 means 12 Months of Organic Garden Maintenance
  • $10,000 supports Year-round Care and Feeding of Livestock
  • $20,000 provides Financial Aid for Students of 40 Additional In Need Families
