Manager Edgartown, MA—The FARM Institute is proud to announce its first adult program: Chocolate Delight! Join The FARM Institute and Pastry Chef Troy Himmelman of The Coach House for a chocolate making extravaganza! The workshop will be held at Katama Farm on Sunday December 17, 5 – 8 pm. Learn the proper way to temper white and dark chocolate to create ganache filled Bon bons. Mold, color and hand roll mouth-watering truffles! All techniques will be easy to apply at home with guides on where to purchase the products needed. The history and uses of chocolate will be discussed throughout the workshop. During the demonstration Chef Josh Hollinger will be serving hors d’oeuvres containing ingredients from Katama Farm. Cost: $35. Space is limited to 12. Pre-registration required by 12/15.
